The following information is given as guidance on the accommodation facilities in Helsinki.
1. Hotel

2. Youth Hostels
You find a large choice of youth hostels on the internet at Helsinki Youth Hostels. We have made two preliminary bookings from 20th to 25th July 2010:

These two hostels are at a reasonable distance from the race center, which can be reached by city buses or trams. Please make your booking early and if possible within May 2010.
3. Camping facilities
There are two good camping and caravan sites in the Helsinki region but both are unfortunately at a distance of 40 minutes by car from the racing center.

Transport
The organizers of the Nordic Youth Championships in sailing 2010 have entered into a cooperation agreement on transports with Viking Line. According to this agreement Viking Line grants special rates for participants, their families, trainers and team leaders on its routes to and from Finland.
